Schedule: 12 hours, rotating shift (7 am - 7 pm / 7pm - 7 am). Must be available to work any shift, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.

Pay: $27.47/hr!

Role Summary: The Production Operator is responsible for:

• The unloading of fiber receiving in a safe and acceptable level that prevents container damage and organized storage.
• Transporting finished product to the warehouses.
• Collecting / transporting scrap waste for disposal.
• Maintaining stock of materials used for packaging.
• Assisting at the winder for packaging the finished product.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Learning all safety policies and procedures, follow every rule without fail.

Under This Roof, We Require:

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally face to face, over the phone, and in writing.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work alone for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in an industrial manufacturing environment around, and with the general product raw materials listed: crushed limestone granules, boiler slag granules and fines, limestone filler, fiberglass mat, and petroleum based products.
• Must be adequately trained and have basic knowledge of the package end operation to support all other assigned task given by Supervisor.

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications. Base Hourly Rate: $27.47
