The Partnership Operations Analyst provides high-level operational, coordination, and analytical support to the Partnership Operations Head and the Chief Partnership Officer (CPO). This role is responsible for preparing executive decks, coordinating cross-functional inputs, maintaining governance documentation, and supporting strategic partnership initiatives. The role also handles ad hoc assignments that contribute to the overall success of the partnership function.
• Support the Chief Partnership Officer and Partnership Operations Head in preparing strategic presentations, quarterly business reviews, and ExCom deck.
• Ensure accuracy, visual clarity, and alignment with business goals.
• Draft business cases and justifications for new initiatives or proposals requiring senior management approval, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial viability.
• Liaise with internal teams to gather inputs, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of SBC and other partner-related initiatives and/or requests.
• Monitor timelines, action items, and milestones for partnership projects. Ensure follow-ups and accountability across stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize governance-related documentation, including partnership agreements, compliance records, and operational workflows.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to partnership operations processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Assist in tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the partnership budget, ensuring alignment with financial plans and supporting budget-related analysis and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Partnership Analytics, System and Report Management Team, and Finance MIS to gather and synthesize data for dashboards, performance trackers, and executive summaries.
• Provide support on special projects, urgent requests, and other tasks as assigned by the Partnership Operations and Governance Head, NSH, and CPO.
