FWD Insurance Marketing Manager

FWD Insurance is a member of Indonesia Financial Services Alternative Dispute Resolution Center.

Develop and implement brand strategic communication and media planning, in line with company's value, goal, and to ensure the implementation consistent as per brand policy and be applied across function.

Develop strategic marketing plan by identifying markets and opportunities that leads the delivery of winning creative and media.

Construct brand strategic communication throughout the year to be utilized across function.

Manage the development and oversee production and maintenance of Nextgen website platform fwd.co.id.

Tracking and reporting results metrics and success measurement for always on, tactical activities, and other initiatives.

Conduct research and analyze brand performance and other informations through performance and growth review competitors' activities, market observations, etc.

Collaborate with multi stakeholders across department and functions and advise them on communications strategy and messaging to internal and external audiences.

Liase and closely work with agencies partner to deliver a clear and easy to understand brief in order to create a strong strategic plan and successful implementation.

Plan and manage brand budget as well as to ensure cost efficiency.

Responsible for managing FWD social digital assets related to brand in terms of top line strategy, enhancement, social fans management.
