The Job

1. Support distribution channels to grow High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth business for the company, including but not limited to Brokerage and Bancassurance.
2. Assist the team lead in managing the sub-team of case managers to deliver HNW business case management services to respective business channels.
3. Be the subject matter expert and provide support to distribution channels, both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Ensure a smooth process for all new business, policy servicing submission, and assignment documentation.
5. Streamline internal workflow with departments regarding new business, policy servicing, premium, and policy financing matters, and obtain gatekeepers' clearance.
6. Discuss and negotiate with relevant parties (internal and external) to ensure problems are solved.
7. Maintain good records and generate status reports for management/team heads as needed.
8. Support and back up respective channels (including but not limited to brokers) as assigned by the team head.
9. Develop tasks/initiatives assigned by the team heads from time to time.

The Person

• Degree holder in business or another related discipline.
• Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in life insurance functions (with HNW experience highly recommended).
• High level of business sense, risk, sales quality, and compliance awareness.
• Open-minded on managing multi-channels.
• Possess a high sense of responsibility and job ownership.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and operational flows.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and team leadership/player abilities.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
