As our Automotive Sales Manager, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. From setting ambitious targets to ensuring our inventory is always positioned for success, you'll lead by example and empower your team to achieve greatness. Your leadership will directly impact the growth of our car dealership while ensuring every customer drives away with confidence and satisfaction.

What You'll Need:

• Experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
• 3+ years of sales experience in the auto industry
• Experience leading a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly quotas

Having extensive knowledge of the automotive industry, its trends, and all makes and models in the used car market would be a huge bonus!

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $80,000 plus commission, with the potential to reach up to $200,000 annually
• Schedule: Full-time between 9 AM and 6 PM
