Head Of Influencer Marketing

We're Fussy, the brand on a mission to banish single-use plastic from bathrooms worldwide. Influencer is already one of our biggest growth levers and we're now looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing to scale it into a global performance engine.

This is a senior role with full P&L ownership across Influencer, Affiliate, B2B Partnerships, Offline Activations, and TikTok Shop. You'll build and lead the team, drive commercial outcomes, and create scalable programmes that turn partnerships into predictable, profitable revenue streams.

What You'll Do

  • Take full accountability for Influencer, Affiliate, B2B Partnerships, Offline and TikTok Shop. Scaling spend while maintaining profitable CAC and ROAS.
  • Build and optimise frameworks for CAC, ROAS, LTV and incrementality across all partnership channels.
  • Hire, coach and manage a high-performing partnerships team. Defining KPIs, incentive structures and processes that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Build long-term affiliate and ambassador programmes that scale profitably.
  • Develop TikTok Shop as a high-performance revenue stream, onboarding and activating creators at scale.
  • Identify and negotiate strategic B2B partnerships (co-brands, retail collaborations) that unlock new audiences.
  • Oversee influencer and affiliate content creation, ensuring it's conversion-optimised and on-brand.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media to scale top-performing creator content into ads.
  • Partner with Brand and Creative to keep content consistent with Fussy's voice.
  • Continuously test new partnership models (referrals, ambassador programmes, performance-based deals).

Who You Are

  • 5+ years' experience leading influencer/affiliate/partnerships in high-growth D2C/eCom.
  • Proven track record of scaling budgets and delivering profitable growth.
  • Strong commercial mindset: fluent in CAC, ROAS, LTV, incrementality.
  • Leadership experience: hiring, managing and incentivising high-performing teams.
  • Skilled negotiator with a strong network across creators, affiliates and platforms.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, hands-on scale-up environments.
  • Passionate about sustainability and wellness.
  • And above all… nice.
