Employee Benefits Account Manager
The Employee Benefits Account Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day customer service support of client accounts and provides clerical support to the Employee Benefits team.
Responsibilities
- Provides customer service support to all Employee Benefits clients.
- Effectively works with Sales Executive to communicate due dates, timelines and proposals.
- Works with carrier markets as well as general agencies to obtain rates for all lines of coverage including medical, dental, vision, life and disability.
- Assists clients with benefit eligibility management with a variety of insurance carriers.
- Maintains records and updates client portal.
- Prepares Employee Benefit communication and client facing meeting materials for Employee Benefits Manager and Employee Benefits Account Manager.
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of employee benefits account management, retention or customer service preferred.
- Life & Health license required, or must be obtained within first 30 days of employment.
- Sound organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong Excel proficiency required.

Primary Schedule
Monday to Friday 7:45-4:00 PM One late day per week – 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Salary
$60k+/year, depending on experience.
