Automotive Salesperson
FurstStaffing is seeking a seasoned, people-focused automotive salesperson to join a long-standing, successful automotive dealership. This is a great career opportunity with possible growth into a store manager role. This is a direct hire position.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No weekends or holidays | Closed Saturdays in summer
Compensation: Base pay + commission + bonuses
Earning Potential:
- Year 1: $50K–$70K (based on performance)
- Long-term: $70K–$108K+

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (auto sales preferred, but open to strong performers in other industries)
- Excellent people skills – able to connect with customers from all backgrounds
- Some automotive or mechanical knowledge is helpful, but not required
- Customer service oriented, dependable, and optimistic
- Looking for long-term stability (5–10 years+)
- Finance knowledge or experience helping customers with financing is a plus
