Customer Service Opportunity

Use your customer service skills and work in the busy office of an established transportation company. This full-time customer service opportunity will allow you to work with and assist clients primarily via email, but also by phone. The customer service position involves a variety of time-sensitive duties requiring attention to detail. The customer service position is a first-to-hire opportunity.

Hours: 9am-5pm M-F

Pay: $17.00/hour

Customer service responsibilities:

  • Managing order fulfillment
  • Resolving customer inquiries
  • Tracking shipments
  • Coordinating with carriers and internal teams
  • Processing documentation (like invoices and Bills of Lading)
  • Optimizing logistics processes for timely and efficient deliveries

Customer service qualifications:

  • Logistics coordination

  • Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Organizational & multitasking skills
  • Technical proficiency (e.g., Gmail, Google Sheets)
