We are looking for a Sales Support Team Leader sitting within our Funnel Operations team. This role sits within Operations at Funding Circle and forms part of the customer focused Funnel Operations team within the Sales Support function. As a Sales Support Team Leader, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Support Operations professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving exceptional customer service and driving a reduction in friction within the funnel within our dynamic Fintech environment. You will also be instrumental in driving continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, championing best practices, and collaborating with internal teams.
