Reporting to the Crew Development Manager, the Onboard Services Crew/Deckhand (OBSD) role combines exceptional customer service with hands-on support for vessel operations, including tasks such as working with secondary lines, gangways, and assisting with passenger loading. There is roughly a 70% (OBS) and 30% (Deckhand) split, hence this role will also see you showcase your hospitality skills behind our onboard café and provide a very high standard of customer service to both tourists and our regular commuters, whilst also participating in marine drills and learning invaluable skills which can only take your career further on board. Fullers360 are committed to growth and development, our in-house training programme encompasses all levels of marine qualifications along with skills and courses that are targeted at providing a high level of competency across our crews.
