Clinical Support Supervisor - Nampa North (lpn/rn)

Nampa North Clinic Nurse

We are searching for a Registered Nurse or LPN to help run our Nampa North Clinic.

Purpose

The Nursing Supervisor shall be accountable for 1) Day-to-day operations of the clinic/team, 2) making provider/nurse assignments, 3) assisting in the hiring of nursing staff, and 4) successfully supervising the Clinic Nursing Team.

Schedule

8am to 5pm Monday-Friday daytime shifts days with the potential to work evenings and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (LPN/RN)

Experience:

• Three to five years previous Nursing experience required; may consider alternative, relevant experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience working with infants and children preferred
• Phlebotomy experience beneficial

Licensure / Certification:

• CPR

Credentialing:

• Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for RN or LPN scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check.
