Inventory Supporter

As an Inventory Supporter, you ensure production always has the right materials at the right time. You are the practical link in the materials flow—close to operators—with a mix of on-the-floor work, desk work, and SAP. Working hours are Monday–Friday. We are a worldwide Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) with sites in the US, UK, and Denmark. In Hillerød, we are currently around 2000 employees working with every aspect of biotech and pharmaceutical production.

About the Position

The role combines daily operations with project work (Operational Readiness and Drug Substance expansions) and has a direct impact on smooth campaign execution. Over time you will be working closely with the Milky Way project.

  • Visible impact on production every day
  • Close to the floor with a short path from issue to solution
  • Small, social team with strong collaboration and good humor
  • Opportunity to grow your skills in SAP, KANBAN, and process improvements

Your Tasks (Not Limited To):

  • Facilitate and drive the flow of materials and consumables for Operational Readiness activities
  • Coordinate projects related to Drug Substance manufacturing expansions (e.g., Milky Way)
  • Ensure on-time delivery of campaign materials and coordinate internal material movements
  • Keep track of materials in SAP: requirements, adjustments, and cycle counts
  • Support Fisher cage and KANBAN setup and continuously optimize locations and workflows
  • Be present on the floor and handle urgent material needs
  • Maintain scanners and provide SAP support to operators
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to align and solve problems
  • Handle day-to-day tasks that support colleagues and the team—service-minded and focused on setting operators up for success

Qualifications

We are looking for a new colleague who is responsible, conscientious and ready for professional development. You are able to navigate on your own, in a team and among many stakeholders. We would like you to have:

  • Experience in production, materials handling, or internal logistics
  • An eagerness to learn—including about SAP and handheld scanners

Additionally, we would like to see that you are:

  • Self-driven, proactive, and a natural problem solver
  • Structured, accountable, and able to keep an overview in a busy environment
  • Outgoing, service-minded, and a clear communicator across teams
  • Enjoy being on the floor and getting hands-on when needed
  • Motivated by daily tasks—even when routine and manual
