In your new role, you will use your scientific knowledge and understanding of cleaning processes to help our team deliver efficient and reliable support to other departments, as well as improve our documentation and processes.

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
· Knowledge of risk-based approaches to cleaning validation
· At least 3 years of hands-on experience with cleaning validation, preferably related to glass washers
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with stakeholders such as Engineering, QC, QA, Manufacturing, Process Science, and CQV projects
The Validation department is responsible for maintaining the validated state of production systems within our large-scale manufacturing facility. The Glass Washer & Autoclave team is one of five teams within the department, providing valuable services to the organization, primarily focused on PQ tasks and validation of washers and autoclaves. Additionally, we support ongoing projects by collaborating with our CQV colleagues, offering expertise and inputs to their documentation.
