Customer/Client Support Agent 1

We are hiring for a Customer/Client Support Agent 1 within the Imaging Division (ID) which provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services. The Representative is expected to support related incoming requests, capture client information, research and resolve each client interaction to their utmost satisfaction and ensure customer accounts bear proper notation. This position reports to the Sr. Manager Fulfillment & Customer Service in Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities

  • Misc. functions with Store film envelopes
  • Handle customer's damaged film orders.
  • Handled mix/loose rolls.
  • Film order remakes
  • Mail – Preparing letters/compensation with postage and putting out for mail carrier, picking up any received mail and distributing it.
  • Fulfilling supply orders
  • Address validations
  • Handling incoming/outbound calling
  • Sla Monitoring
  • Samples Order Requests
  • Defects managing and communication.
  • Liaison between our clients and our production team.
  • Customer account set up on CS Portal.
  • Handling customer/production remakes.
  • Questionable Print order intercept and communication.
  • Handle client returns.
  • Monitor and resolve the internal ticket system.
  • Correcting Shipping/Address issues.
  • Editing images using Photoshop to meet customer sample expectations.

Required Skills/Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), and a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience with a minimum of 6 months' recent experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and word.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of associates, peers, managers, and internal customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, production oriented, team environment.
  • The position requires a focus on quality, detail, and issue resolution.
  • Strong communication skills- written and verbal required.
