Our client is seeking a dynamic Outside Business to Business Sales (B2B) Representative to promote and sell Point-of-Sale (POS) systems customized for small to mid-sized enterprises. This role offers a competitive base salary with additional commission-based incentives.

Responsibilities of the Outside Business to Business Sales Representative:

• Initiate contact and engage with local businesses in the Houston area through strategic door-to-door outreach
• Educate potential clients on the advantages of our POS systems and supplementary services
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations to address client requirements
• Successfully close new deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Effectively manage sales pipeline and activities utilizing CRM software
• Cultivate enduring relationships with clients to drive referrals and foster repeat business
• Stay abreast of product features, pricing, market competition, and industry trends
• Provide exceptional post-sale support in collaboration with onboarding and service teams

Requirements for the Outside Business to Business Sales Representative:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or face-to-face customer acquisition
• Demonstrated proficiency in selling POS systems
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to handle cold outreach and exhibit resilience to rejection
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
