The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound leads while also conducting outbound follow-up to drive conversions and ensure client engagement. Take inbound calls from prospective clients and conduct prescreening to determine eligibility for services Guide prospects through the enrollment process and explain services offered Perform outbound follow-up calls to nurture leads, collect documentation, and upsell services Ensure all required documentation is received and properly tracked Document all interactions within the CRM system Maintain consistent call activity—both inbound and outbound—to meet performance expectations Assist with administrative tasks and support overall sales operations
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1+ years of experience in call center, customer service, or sales roles Experience using a CRM system highly preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and ability to multitask Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
