The Role: Staff Provider + Operations Officer

• Perform complete histories and physicals for patients.
• Provide care at both clinic locations and mobile health events.
• Educate patients on wellness and prevention strategies.
• Handle triage, referrals, and follow-up as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and refer cases outside your scope.
• Be the main point of contact for department leaders.
• Schedule and plan operations for your region and new markets.

What You'll Bring

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a current Nebraska license.
• Graduate of an accredited program; 1+ year of clinical experience.
• BLS certification.
• Strong ability to evaluate labs and screening tests.
• Flexibility to travel within Lincoln, NE (with some out-of-state events).
• Comfort with non-traditional schedules (occasional weekends/holidays).
• Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a startup-like environment.
• Growth mindset—you're excited to help FLMH expand nationwide.
