✨ About The Role
- Partner with Product team to provide customer and market insights, own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new feature launches
- Create content and campaigns to help customers understand and unlock Front's value, including written guides, tutorial videos, webinars, and customer stories
- Leverage customer research and market feedback to understand product use cases and enable GTM teams to drive product adoption and uncover expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to strengthen Front's differentiation in the market and highlight customers' success across various external channels
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced product marketer with a minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS, able to collaborate strategically with product teams and drive customer success
- Skilled communicator and storyteller who can simplify complex concepts and create compelling narratives to help customers understand and derive value from software
- Detail-oriented and organized individual who can efficiently manage projects and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Passion for customer experience software space is a plus but not required
