✨ About The Role
- Lead the Full Stack Engineer team to strengthen the Peripheral Product Experience (PPX) team, focusing on customer support tooling including chat systems, knowledge base platform, chatbot automations, and integrations
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve Front's chat, chatbots, contact management, and knowledge base offerings
- Conceptualize, design, implement, test, and launch improvements and integrations to extend the capabilities of Front's knowledge base, contacts, chat, and bots
- Coordinate project scope, assess technical complexity and risk, mentor junior engineers, and maintain a high bar for technical excellence on the team
- Develop in a JavaScript environment, with emphasis on TypeScript, Node.js, and React
