International Training Specialist

You conduct international training sessions on the restoration of Fronius products, conveying practical know-how.

You are responsible for developing tailored training concepts for our products.

You develop target group-specific training materials and illustrative visualizations. You continuously improve and update the content independently, structured, and with a clear focus on quality.

As a sought-after expert, you are the first point of contact for inquiries regarding our testing and service equipment in the repair area.

You actively contribute your expertise to projects related to the after-sales area.

You regularly and independently verify compliance with our service processes and actively participate in their optimization.

Your Qualifications:

You have a completed education in the electronic or electrotechnical field.

Relevant professional experience is advantageous.

You possess solid IT knowledge.

You think analytically, work structured, and stay committed even with complex tasks.

Sharing knowledge is enjoyable for you.

You enjoy working in a team, actively participate, and value professional exchange.

You are open to new ideas and development – both professionally and personally.

You have fluent German and English language skills.

You are willing to travel domestically and internationally (max. 20%).

Our salaries and wages exceed the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for the electrical and electronics industry. The CBA minimum values range between €3,775.27 and €4,862.95 – with willingness to pay more. The exact amount depends on your qualifications and experience.
