Providing excellent and timely national customer support via technical consulting and assistance for customers (sales representatives, FSP, installers) involving pre-sales assistance, PV system-sizing and monitoring.
Assisting with support cases via phone and/or email as well as on-site when necessary.
Training customers (conducting seminars) in house or on-site.
Creating technical and training material.
Assisting in national Sales Exhibitions or Trade Fairs.
Interface function with Technical Support International.
