Marketing Specialist

In close coordination with product management and internal marketing departments, you will develop positioning, arguments, and customer-oriented campaigns for our products and solutions in the field of welding technology. This lays a significant foundation for our advertising and sales communication in the market. Specifically, this means:

• Defining the market presence and product positioning together with internal departments

• Developing and implementing integrated marketing and communication strategies for our products and solutions

• Conceptualizing, organizing, implementing, and monitoring cross-media communication campaigns and target group-oriented marketing activities

• Content creation and creative implementation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, videos, photos, mailings, etc.)

• Collaboration with external agencies and internal interfaces (online marketing, visual arts, PR, product management)

Our wages and salaries are above the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) of the electrical and electronics industry. The CBA minimum values range between € 3,775.27 and € 4,862.95 – with willingness to pay more. The exact amount depends on your qualifications and experience.
