Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Generalist role regarding HR related topics:
Creates learning and development interventions based on training need identification that provide internal development opportunities for employees
Employee data management on the Fronius HR management software called Workday
Support of the subsidiary's management regarding HR topics
Contribution in HR projects (like Great Place to Work Certification) and HR process design
Contact person for governmental and/or other authorities regarding HR related issues
Legal compliance according to the national employment law like POSH, PF, PT, ESIC etc
Implementation and optimization of corporate HR standards in the role as expert national (EN) for human resources – close communication and cooperation with HR global support at the Fronius headquarter in Austria
