Marketing Communications Role

Embedded in a young, motivated team, you will work with our Fronius subsidiaries and branches to implement marketing measures in assigned countries. Specifically, this means:

• Acting as the interface between Marketing Communications at Fronius International and our subsidiaries and sales organizations worldwide
• Connecting country-specific marketing efforts with various internal departments such as product marketing, digital marketing, content creation, sales, etc., to ensure the best possible, country-specific implementation of national marketing activities
• Recognizing and utilizing synergies and ensuring the flow of information and knowledge transfer
• Monitoring national activities based on the existing annual plan and providing ongoing consultation in defined monthly meetings
• Ensuring and developing a uniform overall appearance in the various countries and optimizing processes
• Participating in annual planning and budget coordination for marketing-related topics in collaboration with international subsidiaries and sales organizations
• Training and onboarding new international colleagues and building knowledge within the subsidiaries

Your Profile

• Completed studies in communication sciences, marketing, or similar
• First marketing work experience in an international industrial environment or in country support is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and high intercultural understanding
• Very good German and English language skills, other foreign languages are a plus
• Organizational talent with high problem-solving skills
• Enjoyment in exchanging and networking with people
• Presentation skills, self-confident and friendly demeanor

Our wages and salaries are above the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for the electrical and electronics industry. The CBA minimum values range from € 3,775.27 to € 4,862.95 – with a willingness to offer more. The exact amount depends on your qualifications and experience.
