Job Title

Your tasks:

• Assistance in the active work process (conventional turning)
• Implementation of optimizations and standardization of manufacturing processes as directed by the team leader or shift leader
• Checking of tools, clamping devices, and auxiliary tools for the next order
• Troubleshooting and error correction including maintenance work
• Quality control of manufactured parts and derivation of improvement measures
• Supporting apprentices in learning theoretical and practical training content
• Point of contact for technical issues, internal processes, safety-related issues, and personal concerns of apprentices
• Supporting apprentices in keeping appointments (e.g., training, workshops) and coordinating the training plan, and ongoing communication with the responsible supervisor of the trainees
• Holding feedback discussions with apprentices
• Transmitting the Fronius culture according to the current Fronius way to apprentices

Your profile:

• You have the necessary patience and endurance to individually accompany and sustainably promote people in the training process
• Completed vocational training in the metal sector
• Trainer's examination is an advantage
• Very good experience in the field of machining
• Perfect reading of drawings, knowledge of form and position
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Reliability, independence
• Flexibility and resilience, team capability
• Logical thinking, high degree of self-organization
• Ability to convey knowledge

Our wages and salaries are above the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) of the electrical and electronics industry. The CBA minimum values range between € 3,348.62 and € 4,228.33 - with willingness to pay more.
