Product Manager Guarantee & Service Operations

In this responsible position as Product Manager for Guarantee & Service Operations in the strategic business field "Solar & Energy Solutions," your focus will be on the conception, implementation, and ongoing development of highly economic guarantee services for our products and solutions.

As a Product Manager, you will also continuously analyze the market environment and support the optimization and strategic development of our service portfolio with your expertise. Specifically, you will undertake the following tasks:

• Creating use cases & requirements based on existing guarantee models
• Building and anchoring expertise on the product and market environment within the organization
• Ensuring a consistent user experience in the acquisition of guarantees
• Project management for externally awarded projects
• Ongoing monitoring of economic efficiency and active participation in the business case
• Coordination of marketing and communication measures to publicize the guarantee services and coordination of launches

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed higher technical and/or commercial education (HTL, FH, Uni)
• Experience in product management (preferably for guarantee & service operations) and project management experience
• Interest in the photovoltaic sector and new business models in the energy sector
• Enthusiasm for technical innovations and the technology of tomorrow
• Knowledge in the Atlassian Toolchain (JIRA, Confluence) is advantageous
• Self-confident demeanor, process-affine, and a high level of personal responsibility
• Very good presentation skills
• Very good English skills in speech and writing

Our wages and salaries are above the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for the electrical and electronics industry. The CBA minimum values range between €4,341.85 and €5,334.13 – with willingness to pay more. The exact amount depends on your qualification and experience.
