Location: Braine l'Alleud
Duration: 6 months - End of March to Early October 2026
Main Responsibilities:
- You and your HR team are the go-to persons for all HR matters for the team (100 white-collar associates) in support of managers.
- You will be an integral member of the BNL management team, reporting directly to the General Manager BNL and the HR Director Northern Europe.
- Leading a dedicated HR team, including a Payroll Manager, HR Officer, and Trainee, you will champion HR business partnering- coaching managers all year long, managing Talent Lifecycle of employees and talent acquisition needs.
- Additionally, you'll provide expert guidance on compensation & benefits and labor law without delving into operational payroll tasks.
- You will spearhead compensation & benefits (and other HR) projects for the BNL, in particular for NL.
Qualifications & Experience:
- We are looking for an HR Generalist with substantial experience in an international setting. You should have a strong background in payroll processes and compensation & benefits, along with in-depth knowledge of labor law in Belgium and the Netherlands. Your experience in social relations (CPPT) is crucial.
- Fluency in French and Dutch, paired with a solid command of English, is essential. You should be adept with numbers, possess strong analytical skills, and have excellent interpersonal skills and assertiveness. A hands-on attitude is a must, and familiarity with SuccessFactors is a definite plus.
