Responsibilities

Responsible for observing the safety standards defined in the logistic process, as well as the behavior of his team in relation to these standards; immediate handling of deviations following as reduced premises in the 10 safety rules and promoting the continuous improvement of people, equipment and processes under their responsibility with regard to safety.

Responsible for observing the quality standards defined in the logistical process, as well as for the behavior of his team in relation to these standards; immediate handling of deviations and promoting the continuous improvement of people, equipment and processes under their responsibility with regard to quality.

Responsible for observing the operational execution standards defined in the logistic process, as well as the behavior of his team in relation to these standards; immediate handling of deviations following as premises recorded by work instructions, promoting the continuous improvement of people, equipment and processes under their responsibility in what is allowed.

Responsible for ensuring or complying with the receiving and dispatch windows, monitoring their execution and intervening using deviations, adjusting their resources according to the window and requesting / providing resources according to the absence of the area.

Responsible for planning and training in the work of the team, monitoring the execution of activities and their development, classifying them using the evolution in the versatility matrix.

Lead your team by giving examples, basing its evolution and providing specific knowledge inherent to the execution of tasks for the development of the team. Manage these resources in a way that maximizes the benefit for the expected operational results.

It must perform activities that contribute to the achievement of objectives related to quality, environment, health and safety (HSE), as well as programs aimed at improving service to internal and external customers. It is also responsible for supporting the Quality Management System processes, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 standards.

Qualifications

Have or are studying Technical, Technology or Higher in Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics or Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, Production, Control and Automation, Mechatronics or Materials).

Knowledge of driving transport equipment and stacking materials, their concepts of use and conservation, as well as their safety requirements.

SAP (log associated with the logistics operation);

Concepts of 5S, MASP, 7 wastes and Kanban concepts;

Manage resources of operations for the supply of packaging materials for primary materials, replenishment of picking, storage of materials and finished products, inventory of chemical and general products, monitoring operations at IAM and daily rates throughout the shift or delivery of materials and dispatch of materials and finished products, managing and exercising the decision range related to the receiving and shipping window, and responsible for the windows' performance indicators.
