Responsibilities
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including registered mail and formal deliveries
- Assisting with the coordination of incoming and outgoing goods flows
- Assisting with daily goods receipt and forwarding
- Advising customers on print jobs and general inquiries regarding postal services
- General data maintenance in existing software programs
Qualifications
- You have completed your secondary education, completion of vocational training is preferred
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills; knowledge of another foreign language is a plus
- Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, and SAP applications
- You hold a Class 3 driver's license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are among your strengths
