Responsibilities

Do you enjoy working in a structured and reliable manner, close to day-to-day HR operations? Are you passionate about ensuring smooth processes and confident in communicating with employees and managers? Then this position could be an excellent fit:

  • Administration: You handle a variety of administrative HR tasks throughout the entire employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Documentation: You prepare and maintain personnel files and documents such as contracts, confirmations, and reference letters.
  • Training: You coordinate training sessions and take care of collecting feedback.
  • System Maintenance & Reporting: You update and maintain data in SAP and Workday, and prepare regular HR reports.
  • Communication: You gather information from managers and employees to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Employee Services: You support a range of HR services such as JobRad, Deutschlandticket and other employee benefits.

Qualifications

You have successfully completed a commercial training or hold a degree or further education in HR or a related field.

You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and reliable manner.

You enjoy actively engaging with employees and managers in a friendly, service- and solution-oriented conduct.

You confidently work with MS Office; experience with SAP and Workday is an advantage, but not required — we are pleased to train you.

You value open communication, clear structures, and dependable collaboration.

You are business fluent in German (at least C1 level) and have a good command of the language; you also possess solid English skills.
