Responsibilities
- Defines the settings of assembly line processes and their validation
- Analyzes and optimizes processes and proposes modifications
- Improves working conditions, safety, ergonomics, and efficiency
- Provides support and collaborates with other departments, particularly in addressing failure rates and scrap rates
Qualifications
- University degree, ideally in a technical field
- Experience in a similar position at a production plant (could also be during study)
- Fluent in Czech and English languages
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and at least basic knowledge of AutoCAD, etc. (SolidWorks is a plus)
- Understanding of automation and robotic applications
- Lean tools – basic understanding is a plus
