Responsibilities:
- Performing B2B sales functions and achieving agreed sales targets.
- Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with customers.
- Acquiring new customers and projects.
- Collaborating with other departments (production planning, product development, quality assurance).
- Monitoring market conditions.
- Participating in the development of operational and strategic sales plans.
Qualifications:
- A University degree in a Technical field (mechanical engineering, textile technology, or other relevant fields) or economics (with a strong orientation toward technical disciplines).
- 3-5 years of work experience in similar roles (technical B2B sales, international markets); experience from automotive industry will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in English and a good knowledge of German language (minimum B2 level); any other language will be a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (Windows, MS Office).
- Willingness to travel abroad for business (mainly Europe, cca 30% of your working time)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Teamwork and maintaining strong relationships within the team.
- Proactiveness, motivation, and reliability in your daily job.
