Manage and develop the client portfolio in line with the strategy defined by the Sales Management.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the product and service portfolio and, when necessary and following appropriate training, carry out service-related activities, requesting the required support through the Team Leader.
Record commercial activities in a timely manner in the CRM system (contacts, opportunities, call reports, etc.) in accordance with the established sales management methodology.
Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with clients in line with the guidelines set by the Team Leader, to whom the role reports.
Support the preparation of the annual Sales budget for the assigned client portfolio and the corresponding objectives plan, providing the required information in a timely and transparent manner, in accordance with the approved departmental guidelines for the relevant fiscal year.
Promote and embody the Company's brand values and further develop its attributes.
Promote and apply the "Value Selling" culture.
Participate in trade fairs, symposiums, and any other marketing activities defined by the Sales Management.
Minimum: Advanced Vocational Training (FPII) in Mechanics and/or Industrial Engineering
Preferred: Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
