Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible to achieve the planned sales forecast for the year for Klüber & OKS brands
  2. To see that the strategy for Global Business Team (GBT) Auto is properly implemented
  3. Responsible for the gross margin development & improvement of the region's business
  4. Lead a sales team specialized in automotive application for business development through value selling approach
  5. Coordinate with global as well as different regional teams of Klüber Lubrication India for OEM approvals, product validations and price negotiations
  6. Coordinate and manage the global accounts in the region with price implementation & harmonization, as well as product portfolio management
  7. To ensure that all the payments are collected from direct customers as well as channel partners on time
  8. To plan the material requirement of the region properly, month on month basis
  9. To see that the CRM opportunity pipeline for all reporting engineers as well as the whole of the region is adequately filled up
  10. To monitor customer visits of reporting engineers by ensuring CRM discipline of works schedule, call reports, new opportunities filled
  11. To monitor the lead generated by marketing and see that the maximum is converted to sales
  12. To work hand in hand with all the channel partners of the region and support them on own and through the available team members to achieve the desired goals
  13. To motivate and train the channel partner's engineers from time to time
  14. Organize customer seminars, TechDay in the region
  15. To focus on price rise, price effect, cross selling of products
  16. To focus on energy efficiency projects, sustainability and digitization projects
  17. To have a dedicated sales area, which needs to be catered to and developed
  18. To look after the development needs of the team members and plan the actions accordingly

Qualifications:

Graduate Engineer with 12-14 years of relevant experience.
