Make fine planning, balancing the working load in machining work shop, improve OEE.
Changing, adjust and tracking the working plan, to meet the order requirement.
Manage the resources to reach the productivity goal.
Manage the all the CNC programs and offline preparation in machining work shop.
Ensure the quality and OTD for all the working orders in machining shop.
Coordinate other departments help to solve the problems in production site.
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related.
At least 5 years experience in machining, 2 years experience in machining planning.
Familiar with machining process and related standards and machining planning.
Familiar with programming of CNC turning machine and working centers.
Familiar with office & SAP.
Knowledge of cutting tools & fixture management.
Good ability of communication, coordination ability and execution.
