Process Engineer/ Senior Process Engineer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Recipe writing in Siemens Simatic Process Control Systems.
• Work instructions for production to be changed/created as per requirement.
• SOP for processes and machines to be written, discussed, agreed and trained.
• Good relationship and understanding of the workers/operators.
• Support R&D for production process in new products and carry out pilot batches.
• Control of the production documents with regards to deviations and initiation of corrective and preventive measures.
• Compliance with general manufacturing standard and related documents (MS, WI, …)
• Identification of quality, order and cleanliness, health and safety measures, environmental protection.
• Analyse quality and other deviations and report appropriate. Implement corrective and preventive measures accordingly.
• Participation in development of all production resources (man, machine, …)
• The process engineer is liable to follow advice and take up additional (functional related / OpEx) projects from head of production.

Qualifications:

• Chemical Engineering Graduate with 3 to 4 years of experience in a Multinational MNC.
• Should have knowledge about production process in general.
• Experience in Siemens PCS 7 operations and troubleshooting.
• Should have good experience in chemistry of lubricants.
• Hands-on experience in SAP production module & Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in recipe writing Siemens Simatic Process Control System.
