Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design, document, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet production and quality targets.
Analyze process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support new product introductions, tooling development, and process validation activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Production to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Monitor key process indicators and drive actions to achieve operational excellence.
Problem resolution using Quality tools.
Problem analysis through SPC on process.
Responsible for industrial engineering activities.
Suppliers' contracts, contact and following.
Participate as an internal auditor, brigade member or member of the health and safety commission.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Productive Process.
Automotive industry experience as process engineer.
Core Tools.
Lean Tools.
IATF norm.
SAP knowledge for BOM, routers, costing, material creation and inventories.
Excellent organizational and self-directed planning skills.
