Responsibilities:

Plan and distribute team activities and resources, ensuring the fulfillment of deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. Ensure the correct registration of information and the proper functioning of operational systems. Identify, segregate, and track non-compliant materials, as well as ensure the use and maintenance of safety equipment and tools. Lead the team to achieve daily goals and responsibilities. Identify training needs, promote dialogue with the team, and support problem-solving and conflict resolution. Act under the supervision of local management, ensuring compliance with legal and internal Health, Safety, and Environment requirements. Lead by example, acting in accordance with Freudenberg Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct, promoting a proactive work culture.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, technical training or equivalent;
• 2 years or more of experience in a production or manufacturing environment;
• Familiarity with production processes and equipment operation;
• Understanding of quality control procedures and safety standards;
• Ability to use production management software and tools;
• Knowledge of quality tools to assist in problem-solving;
• High level of commitment and flexibility;
• Availability and ability to work in shifts;
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment;
