Defining, supporting, and further developing measurement methods and processes
Executing, optimizing, and documenting quality improvement measures
Optimizing statistical process control (basic knowledge in Power BI)
Independently conducting root cause analyses in collaboration with internal stakeholders on the shop floor
Planning, evaluating, and implementing new measurement methods and technologies
Managing and further developing quality-relevant equipment
Serving as the central point of contact for questions regarding measurement execution, selection of measuring equipment, and procurement of measurement tools
Conducting internal and external trainings in German and English
Completed technical degree, e.g., metrology, physics, or similar; ideally with solid experience in subtractive manufacturing
Very good MS Office skills
Knowledge of manufacturing-related inspection and testing methods (e.g., CMM, optical methods) as well as common quality methods (e.g., 5 Why, A3, 8D, RCA)
Solid knowledge of statistical procedures and methods
Solid knowledge of measurement system analyses and validation concepts
Good technical understanding of engineering drawings and bills of materials
Initial programming experience (e.g., Zeiss Calypso or basic CAD/CAM knowledge)
Experience in project management
Independent, well-structured working style
Confident appearance internally and externally
Flexibility, teamwork skills, assertiveness
