As part of the VC ProMaP project core team, early involvement in the project (ideally in phase 1 in the 'project risk evaluation'), attend & contribute to project meetings and gate reviews, when appropriate to Multi Project Board meeting as well, provide inputs to risk and ECR events organized by the Project Manager.
Accountable for all Operations activities from the beginning to the end of the project, with a maximum peak of involvement in phase 3 and 4: coordinate the processes for new launches between the involved functions in the plant, e.g. logistics, production, plant process engineering and quality.
Contributes to planning and preparation of PTR(s)
Main target: allow a successful SOP: series production begins on time, on budget without quality issues). Therefore, focus on achieving a green IRR before SOP: use the LLI/LLR KPIs to anticipate
Planning and preparation of IRR, complete the IRR documentation, tracking open actions from IRR(s)
Reports all launch projects, is expected to escalate them within Operations when appropriate, leads the weekly launch meetings to track the progress of the launches
Supporting the launches, together with Launch manager
Coordinates and monitors in the plant project related ECRs (for running and closed projects)
Creates and monitors the launch timing plan for all plant activities related to a smooth launch
Contributes to the lessons learned collection and shares into the Launch Management organization
Supports preparation and execution of customer audits
Bachelor of technical university
3 years experience in project management, production or industrialization, ideally in the automotive industry, with complex project and processes
Preference APQP knowledge
English - advanced level
Strong presentation and communication skills, Team player
High understanding of risk management
Autonomous, structured and target-oriented way of working
