Responsibilities:

• Accurately capture and manage customer orders via SAP, Coupa, phone, email, or walk-ins, ensuring timely creation of quotes, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide updates on order status and freight ETA, and handle complaints, credit applications, and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Prepare and manage essential sales documents including credit/debit notes, special pricing files, PODs, and local content letters, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
• Monitor stock availability, follow up on stock-outs and converting orders, and initiate change requests based on forecast reviews to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Perform month-end duties, attend internal meetings, support sample preparation, and provide backup support for regional administrators in Cape Town, Durban, and Johannesburg.

Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
• 1-2 years of sales or administrative experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, along with strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on administrative processes efficiently and reliably.
