Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as a key contact for assigned strategic customers, managing all commercial activities and maintaining strong relationships across departments (purchasing, engineering, plant).

  • Quotation & Sample Handling: Manage inquiries, quotations, and sample processes in CRM, including pricing calculations and coordination with Outside Sales.

  • Pricing & Contract Management: Support price negotiations, maintain pricing in SAP, and handle credit/debit notes and customer-specific agreements.

  • Master Data & CRM Maintenance: Ensure accurate customer master data in SAP and CRM, including tool protection and contract documentation.

  • Customer Portal Management: Oversee sales-relevant online portals in line with customer-specific agreements.

  • Sales Support & Reporting: Contribute to business development, generate sales reports, and support the account team in daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Completed commercial and/or technical training or degree.

  • Professional Experience: Experience in Inside Sales or customer-facing roles, ideally with global customers; project management experience is a plus.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German; knowledge of Asian languages (e.g., Korean, Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), CRM, and SAP systems.

  • Customer Focus: Strong attention to detail, service orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability in multicultural environments; willingness to travel as needed.
