Responsibilities:

Requires full proficiency in a range of technical processes or procedures through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience; Requires advanced skills and expertise in a variety of work processes or activities; Has advanced and specialized expertise, typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable work experience. Works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments. Works with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments; Works autonomously within established procedures and practices. As a specialist or lead for the team, may provide subject matter guidance to team members with less experience. Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Performs a variety of complex tasks and/or may lead a team in the performance of a variety of tasks that are often routine. Spends a majority of working time performing the same work processes and activities as employees on team. May act as a team lead, coordinating the work of others, but not a supervisor. Requires full proficiency in a range of technical processes and procedures through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of work assignments. Understands how own and related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives. Performs highly complex and varied tasks. Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or occur infrequently based on existing precedents or procedures; Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications; Evaluates and communicates unusual and/or complex content in a clear manner. Impacts own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related; suggests improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team; Impacts the team's results through the quality and effectiveness of own work. Explains complex technical information including interdependencies within the team and others. Has full proficiency in a range of technical processes or procedures (or deep skills in a single area) through job-related training and considerable work experience. Works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments; Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems; Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. Works with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments. Typically has specialized external certification.

Qualifications:

Requires vocational training or equivalent experience or equivalent external certification but typically does not require a university degree. English skills required. Performs specialized technical tasks or skilled craft work, clerical administrative or specialized support tasks in an office, field or site setting.
