Key responsibilities include:
- Key role in design and development phase
- Active role in the acquisition phase: design to cost and design to manufacture
- Robust design to customer SOR
- Define internal DVP and validate the result
- Support AT for technical meeting with customer
- Participate in problem solving during development phase
- Secure on-time delivery for all design activities
- Secure design quality
- Conducts regular design reviews with application team
- TR review with customer
- DFMEA create with team for new design
Qualifications include:
- CATIA/UG, FEA is an advantage
- Bachelor/Master in technical field (e.g. mechanical engineer)
- Chinese & fluent English
- Have motor or mechanical product background
