Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions related to service and repair orders, order confirmations, and order status updates.
  • Process standard and moderately complex quotes and orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers by sending purchase orders and updating delivery timelines.
  • Perform proactive follow-ups with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with local partners and suppliers to address and resolve service-related challenges.
  • Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate customer and order records.
  • Register tickets for pre-sales and sales-related subprocesses to support internal workflows.
  • Provide basic administrative support for handling customer claims.
  • Serve as a back-up for colleagues during absences, ensuring continuity of service.
  • Offer support to team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet service deadlines.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of service processes and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Economics, Business, or Technical studies is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales-related roles.
  • Proficiency in German and English for business communication is mandatory.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office; TEAMS (incl. Planner), intermediate Excel knowledge required.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Open mindset toward process improvements and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and a fact-based, detail-oriented approach.
  • High level of motivation and an open, transparent communication style.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Strong customer orientation and a solution-focused mindset.
