Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive Freshworks' growth across France and Francophone markets in the Commercial segment (251–500 employees).

This is a relationship-driven outbound sales role, ideal for fluent French-speaking professionals who can connect authentically with business leaders, uncover challenges, and position Freshworks' value effectively.

You'll own your territory end-to-end — from prospecting to closure — backed by a dedicated BDR, regional marketing, and partner network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused territory plan for France, targeting key mid-market verticals/industries.
• Build and nurture pipeline through outbound prospecting, personalized outreach, and partner collaboration.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand business needs and craft tailored Freshworks solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-based proposals to decision-makers.
• Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure, with professionalism and pace.
• Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce) and ensure pipeline visibility for accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success for smooth handovers and post-sale success.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent French speaker with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills — confident in engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Any prior sales experience (B2B, B2C, SaaS, or consultative selling) is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage a complete sales cycle, from pipeline creation to closing.
• Familiarity with Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, or similar modern sales tools is a plus.
• Organized, analytical, and self-disciplined — able to manage multiple opportunities efficiently.
• Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working in-office and aligned to European hours (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST).
