This position is embedded within the Revenue Operations team and is responsible for supporting the company's data operations and governance program, building the go-to-market data quality strategy, and acting as a steward for data across CRM and other sales systems.
Data Governance: Manage a data governance program across all revenue team systems, ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
Data Enrichment & Quality Control: Own the data enrichment strategy and quality control program, including designing and implementing data hierarchies and monitoring CRM integrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales and Customer Success to ensure understanding and effective use of revenue data.
Analytics & Reporting: Develop analytics and dashboards to maintain data standards and support executive leadership with accurate metrics.
Process Ownership: Establish processes for data flow, access controls, and adherence to data standards, including property-level validations and internal policies.
Data Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance and security of data, protecting it while identifying and communicating potential risks
5+ years in sales / data operations or analytical systems roles.
Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data modeling, and master data management.
Experience with CRM automation, workflows, and data management applications (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator).
Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., looker); SQL experience is a plus.
Background in leading data management projects or initiatives.
