We're hiring a Business Systems Manager to own the architecture, administration, and continuous improvement of our connected GTM tech stack – with HubSpot at the core. This is a foundational role within our RevOps team, designed for a systems-oriented builder who thrives at the intersection of tools, data, and process.
You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to ensure our tools are integrated, scalable, and aligned to strategy – empowering teams with frictionless workflows.
System Ownership
Act as the primary admin for HubSpot, managing configuration, objects, workflows, integrations, and system rules
Own the revenue tech stack, including tools like Apollo, Chili Piper, PandaDoc CPQ, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zendesk, Commonroom, Gong, and others
Design, document, and maintain scalable system architecture and workflows aligned with GTM processes
Tech Stack & Integrations
Implement and manage integrations across CRM, marketing automation, customer success, billing, and BI platforms
Evaluate new tools and rationalize current stack based on ROI, integration fit, and user adoption
Monitor data sync and system health across platforms, including enrichment and deduplication
Workflow Automation & Enablement
Build and optimize deal flow automations, lead routing, lifecycle stages, meeting types, and sales processes inside HubSpot
Develop workflows for sales plays, task triggers, alerts, and lifecycle transitions
Partner with Team Leads and Ops to drive adoption through training, process documentation, and system onboarding
5+ years experience in revenue operations, business systems, or GTM tooling — ideally in B2B SaaS
Deep HubSpot admin experience, including configuration, workflows, custom objects, and third-party integrations
Familiarity with a range of GTM systems across the funnel (Apollo, Commonroom, Nooks, PandaDoc, Chili Piper, Zendesk, etc.)
Strong understanding of CRM data structures, lifecycle management, and cross-team sales processes
Experience owning or supporting system integrations and working with APIs
A systems thinker and builder who is energized by process design and optimization
Strong communicator who can operate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams alike
