Account Manager (Italian Speaking)

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our Southern Europe team based in Madrid. You will be responsible for building quality relationships with our salon base and driving the use of Fresha’s various functionalities. This is a great opportunity for someone who seeks to work in a dynamic environment, likes to work autonomously, show their skills and wants to have an impact.

What would you be responsible for?

  • Responsible for meeting monetization KPIs and educating our clients on the value of Fresha’s platform.
  • Introduce, educate and onboard FreshaPay clients.
  • Help salons optimize their profiles, leveraging the full range of Fresha tools to maximize their earnings.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients (Partners) and consult with them on their product usage according to their needs and business type.
  • Ensure an unparalleled customer experience by fostering positive relationships through video call meetings to communicate Fresha’s features and benefits.
  • Create and maintain collaborative relationships with our sales teams and onboarding teams to ensure an incredible experience from the moment a user first clicks on Fresha and through all phases of their growth with us.
  • Collaborate with our product teams to ensure the customer’s voice reaches our product team; very important to improve future product versions and continue leading the sector.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to understand the client’s needs and requirements, and have the ability to ensure that clients make the most of all Fresha platform features.
  • This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities/projects ad hoc that need to be performed.

What are we looking for (minimum requirements)?

  • More than 3 years of previous experience as an Account Manager
  • Ability to adapt and achieve objectives
  • Experience in using and analyzing data and reports effectively to improve performance
  • Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to learn and improve constantly
  • Previous experience in an outbound calling environment or a related commercial position preferred
  • Excellent communication skills written and spoken, capable of making presentations to clients in Spanish (ideally also at least one of Portuguese, Italian or Greek) via GoogleMeet
  • Creative thinking and an open mind capable of solving problems
  • High abilities to create fruitful relationships with clients Happy to roll up sleeves and help the team when needed - we are a hyper-growth start-up!
  • Willingness to work in the beauty sector
  • People with initiative! Positive attitude and a “yes we can”

Desired requirements (ideal requirements)

  • Fluency in English and other languages of Southern Europe (Portuguese, Italian and/or Greek)
  • Previous experience in the beauty and wellness industry

Interview process

  • Selection call - Video call with a member of the talent team (30 minutes)
  • Skills and experience - In-person interview with team leaders (45 minutes)
  • Presentation - In-person interview with the Commercial Director, Head of Account Management (Europe) and Team Leader (75 minutes)
  • Our goal is to complete the entire interview process and provide feedback within 2 weeks.
